Technical enquiries should, in the first instance, be made to the FeRFA office by email or by phone on 07484 075254.
In situations where more detailed advice or investigation is necessary, the enquirer may consider engaging the services of an independent consultant. However, it may be beneficial to speak to FeRFA before doing so as it does operate a complaints procedure where a member is involved.
FeRFA members are dedicated to meeting the latest health and safety requirements for the manufacture and use of resin flooring materials. All manufacturers are obliged to maintain up-to-date health and safety information as required by statute and by FeRFA’s Codes of Practice.
