UltraSyntec gets floor ready for new School Term.

NEW FLOOR READY FOR NEW SCHOOL TERM

With only two weeks remaining of the school summer holiday, a local school to UltraSyntec Ltd based in Dewsbury, gave the go ahead to refurbish the kitchen floor. The existing floor had a vinyl covering which was badly worn. A high number of the welded joints had split causing a real headache for the staff involved. The team started by removing the existing vinyl, then preparing & repairing the substrate. A 6mm thick heavy-duty polyurethane screed & render was then applied throughout. To complete the finish a gloss seal coat was then applied to create an easy to clean surface. The floor took 4 days in total, resulting in a very satisfied customer.
