Royal Refurb By Central Flooring Services and Flowcrete
Exceptional environmental targets were met on the refurbishment of the Royal Mail sorting depot.
10,000m2 of failing bitumen flooring was removed and replaced with a 10mm flowable industrial screed within a 4 week period. 286 tonnes of waste bitumen material was recycled for local road schemes and the newly installed screed contained 38% recycled material. This project was Highly Commended the Large Industrial Project of the Year Award at the 2017/18 Best Practice Awards.
