IFT installs flooring at new Sea Lodge development in Northumberland

IFT was appointed by the principle contractor to install flooring at the new development at Sea Lodge, Creswell, on behalf of Northumberland County Council.

The new development consists of five supported bungalows for people with learning difficulties.

The team installed 80mm thick C30 Premier screed (ready mixed and wheelbarrowed to point of application) over 150mm Xtratherm to the 5 bungalows.
