IFT appointed by Excel Homes for luxury Kippen development

IFT has been appointed by Excel Homes to supply and lay the screed onto the underfloor heating at their new luxury development in Kippen, Stirlingshire.

The team have so far installed screed in two units totalling 280 sq m. We have another 3 units to screed bringing the total to 866 sq m of sand / cement screed onto underfloor heating installed by others at the five homes.

Tor-view is a unique development of five stunning 4-bedroom homes in a peaceful rural location, with spectacular panoramic views over the Carse of Forth.

IFT has a wealth of experience working on housing projects throughout Scotland. Underfloor heating has become ever more popular within this sector and we have extensive experience working with and alongside builders, M&E contractors and end user clients regarding the screeding element.
