Heavy Duty PU Screed selected for state of the art manufacturing facility

Established in 2017,  and based out of a brand new state of the art 50,000 square foot allergen free manufacturing facility,  producing a diverse range of plant based private label food products for the retail and foodservice sectors.   Our client required a slip, chemical, temperature and impact resistant solution,  that was also durable and cleanable.

FeRFA Type 8 – BASF MasterTop 1317 heavy duty PU screed was selected for its hardwearing properties; providing a lightly textured protective floor finish suitable for applications in wet and dry process environments, such as food production.

Ucrete RG was used to protect vertical surfaces including coving, kerbs and the drainage system,  also installed by TPS360.
