Flooring from Zenith Pola hits all the right notes
Zenith Pola has given a modern industrial look for a marketing company who create ‘sounds for your brand’ in Newbury.
Immedia creates music and tonality strategies – ‘The Sound of your Brand’ – to amplify any brand’s personality. The company, which is owned by ex Radio 1 DJ Bruno Brookes, wanted the refurbishment of its offices to match their innovative approach to marketing with a seamless, sharp, industrial look. Access was fairly limited because of the office location in the centre of Newbury, Berkshire. The substrate of the 100sqm area was also in a very poor condition. The team from Zenith Pola Flooring Services first planed all the high spots and used a levelling screed to flood the very rough areas of the floor initially, followed by double priming and then a cement-based pumpable self-levelling screed. RSL�s Resuseal WB water-based epoxy was applied, followed by one coat of Resucoat HB high-build epoxy and then sealed with one coat of Resupen WB Matt polyurethane seal. The results give exactly the look the client required, a simple but effective system.
