CG Power Systems in Ireland has recently upgraded their purpose built production facility, which included installation of a high specification flooring.

The billion dollar engineering conglomerate CG Power Systems, which boasts a diverse portfolio of products, solutions and services ranging from high-end power and industrial equipment to consumer products and home appliances, has recently upgraded their purpose built production facility, which included installation of a high specification flooring. Following suitable preparation works Degafloor fast curing industrial screeds were applied to production lines, storage areas and plant rooms, covering an area of 10,000 m2 with complete chemical and physical cure in just two hours. All works were completed outside working hours with minimum downtime and the new flooring had to offer performance good enough to withstand the challenging conditions of this busy production environment. Degafloor systems are based on highly advanced MMA resin technology and where sustainability and health and safety, must go hand in hand with aesthetics and lifetime value they are not only ultra fast curing, but they also bond exceptionally well to the substrates, which makes them virtually unbreakable and remarkably resistant to foot traffic, heavy machinery and rigorous cleaning regimes.
