Sika’s seamless, durable flooring system helped transform an empty storage area into a fully-operational TV studio and event space.
The building, owned by specialist fit-out and finishing contractor which is located in Wrotham, Kent. This led to the specification of Sika ComfortFloor
® PS-23, a seamless, resin-based system, which not only enhances user comfort and safety, its odourless, solvent-free properties contribute to a healthy indoor environment. In addition, its flat surface makes it quick and easy to clean, further contributing to occupants’ wellbeing.

®-330, before a top coat of Sikafloor
®-305W. The smooth, durable yet comfortable and aesthetically pleasing finish was installed using a trowel, squeegee and spiked roller. The new flooring will also be used to showcase a range of Sika resins and ComfortFloor
