Central Flooring Services worked with Kier Construction in the new border control buildings at Portsmouth International Port.

Central Flooring Services have worked with Kier Construction for several years on multiple projects. Kier Construction are one of the biggest names in the industry. They work on some of the UK’s major infrastructure projects and initiatives – and are also one of the UK’s largest regional builders, delivering on projects of all sizes and complexities.

Project

Central Flooring Services installed resin flooring throughout the entire space which was 2300m² + 1200 linear meters of coving.

Product

Altrocrete HF polyurethane screed, which is perfect for creating a textured finish for heavy duty spaces. It’s durable and has resistance to slips, chemicals, including organic acids found in foodstuffs – so ideal for this food processing facility.

Preparation

Concrete shot-blasting to properly prepare for the screed.

8 weeks.
