Architect’s communal space transformed by Kelray

Kelray Ltd transform a communal area for the staff of an award winning architects office in Cardiff, South Wales

Firstly, Kelray uplifted the 140m2 area of existing carpet and tiles and then used diamond grinders and dust control units to prepare the flooring for the resin application. The floor was then self-levelled using a Cemflow base which is used for renovating, damaged, run down floors. Lastly, a coat of Altro Flexiflow resin flooring and topcoat was applied which offers a smooth, seamless and flexible floor finish, ideal for the commercial environment. The flooring used for the office area provides a matt, impact resistant finish which has excellent durability and long term appearance retention. The company now has a contemporary, vibrant communal area in which their staff can relax.
