SPECIAL AWARDS

This year, three of the newest qualified apprentices were at the dinnner to receive their NVQ2 diplomas, FeRFA certificates and ID cards.

Pictured, left to right, are John Barrass, Glenn Pearce and Paul Henderson with FeRFA trainer, Terry Foxley and Helen McGachie.

John and Paul are from The Preparation Group and gained their NVQ2 in Surface Preparation and Glenn is from Central Flooring and achieved the NVQ2 in In Situ Resin Flooring.

Following the Awards Alex Dennis made a special presentation to SHAUN SPEERS who would retire this year as Chairman of the FeRFA Technical Committee and also stood down from Council.

CHILDREN IN NEED

The event raised a magnificent £907 for the charity Children in Need. Thanks to everyone who donated raffle prizes and bought tickets.
