Aztec and Altro Viewpoint One

AZTEC SCREEDING / ALTRO
Project: Viewpoint One, Bracknell

The Mondrian inspired design for the resin floor in this office atrium required expert application techniques to produce the intricate floor finish. A polymer modified screed was installed prior to the application of the Flexiflow Comfort resin flooring system in four separate colours with black line marking.
Product: Altro Flexi Flow Comfort Slip Resistant / FeRFA Type 5

CENTRAL FLOORING SERVICES / ALTRO
Project:  'Maggie's' Royal Oldham Hospital

The design and aesthetics were very important factors for the chosen flooring system at this special patient centre. Noise suppression, comfort underfoot and a colour to reflect non direct sunlight into the building were key requirements, all met by the Altro Flexi Flow resin flooring system.

QUEST INDUSTRIAL FLOORING / SIKA UK

SticknStep
Harrods Spa

SPHERE8 / REMMERS UK
Project:  Harrods Spa, Knightsbridge

IRL GROUP / SIKA
Project: BMW Oxford

With 3,710 m2 of flooring to be laid in the BMW automotive processing plant, the resin flooring system had to meet very challenging requirements. Product: Sikafloor 235 ESD / FeRFA Type 5

ULTRASYNTEC LTD / RESDEV LTD
Project: Alco Valves (Brighouse)

Smooth, glossy resin flooring was the choice for the new manufacturing facility for Alco Valves to house its new equipment and machinery. Providing a durable and aesthetic finish, the new resin flooring incorporated demarcation lines for fork truck lanes and pedestrian walkways.
Product: Pumaflow Epoxy Topping / FeRFA Type 5

RCS Paint Shop
Howden Joinery

ZIRCON FLOORING / SIKA
Project: Howden Joinery

Over 25,000 m2 of resin flooring provided a slip resistant and hard wearing finish for the multimillion pound refurbishment of four factories/workshops for Howden Joinery. Extensive repair work and the installation of a DPM had to be completed to provide a suitable substrate for the resin floor finish and demarcation lines. The work was completed in phases to produce a bright, reflective finish to enhance the new lighting system.
