ULTRASYNTEC ENSURES NO SLIP-UPS IN DELIVERY OF SMART, DURABLE SURFACE FOR HIGH-TECH FOOD PLANT

A leading fashion online retailer has just recently taken ownership of an additional storage facility based in Burnley. The new warehouse had previously been utilised by a shower tray company who had not carried out any flooring work for many years. UltraSyntec Ltd was called in to carry out the necessary flooring work. All 8500 square metres had an abundance of bolts, all of which needed cutting and filling, along with remedial work to all expansion joints. The concrete was then shot blasted to remove all oil & dirt. After cleaning down the entire floor, one coat of Sika 161 Epoxy Primer was applied, followed by two coats of Sika 264 High Build Epoxy Floor Coating. This gave the client a clean fresh look to a tired old floor which will provide the retailer with a stunning gloss finish & able to withstand large amounts of traffic for many years to come.
