The modern new office in Nieuwkuijk has been designed to look at though it is floating above the ground and the cleint opted for a self-smoothing system for the floors in the offices and hallways. Using the materials of Arturo Unique Flooring, these floors are made to look like concrete. The impression of these floors perfectly reflects the loft-architecture design of the building.
